Limited Spa qualia Availability

We are currently experiencing high demand for spa treatments at Spa qualia and have limited availability for the next six (6) weeks.

If you are wishing to book a treatment within a 2 week period, please either submit the booking request form below, or click here to be placed on our waitlist.

Due to the high number of requests, our response time will be longer than usual. We respectfully ask that you allow us up to 72 hours to respond.

Spa qualia is exclusively available for guests staying at qualia and is open:
9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Saturday
10.00am - 5.00pm Sunday

Our qualia digital gift cards are the perfect way to treat a friend, family or client. With a range of dollar values available, they can be redeemed at numerous locations across Hamilton Island.

Please Note

This booking request is not complete until you have received an email confirmation from Spa qualia. Only booking requests attached to an active qualia reservation can be processed. If you do not have an active qualia reservation, please complete the waitlist request form.

Payment
We accept eftpos and all major credit cards. In-house guests may charge spa spending to their room account.

A non-refundable 1.25% surcharge applies for all ‘credit’ and ‘tap and go’ transactions made on the island via credit or debit card. Payments can be made fee free via EFTPOS by inserting your card and selecting a cheque and/or savings account at the terminal.

Please note that a 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.

Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify the spa at least 6 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in a 100% cancellation fee.
